1997

THE FIRST DOOR

DEVCOM founders knock their first doors in newly deregulated energy utility pilot programs. Educating the public on "Customer Choice,” securing 5-year alternative supply contracts, and leading national leaderboards.

1999

COMMERCIAL SUPPLY

DEVCOM founders begin brokering deregulated commercial energy supply B2B. Due to their success, a prominent supplier in Canada recruits them to contract in Ontario. In short order, they secure a multi-million-dollar pipeline, including a major account many agents failed to secure for years prior.

2003

TELCOM

DEVCOM founders pivot into residential telecommunications to join the local-long distance wars and introduce emerging DSL technology to the public. Leading the highest grossing office nationwide and toping the national agent leaderboard for AT&T.

2006

AGENCY ARCH

Disillusioned with unethical third-party marketers, DEVCOM founders secure their first ISP/MSO partnership, overturning the client’s longstanding ban on outside marketers. They earn exclusive rights to introduce emerging VoIP technology and its full “triple-play” bundle to the public, contributing to multiple J.D. Power & Associates Customer Satisfaction Awards.

2007

MOST ADMIRED

DEVCOM founders flip a similar anti-third-party marketer policy of an energy conglomerate to land a deal with America's most-admired utility group, producing higher customer satisfaction than any client-side internal marks then on record.

2007

INNOVATIVE STRATEGY

DEVCOM founders bring both their Telco and energy clients together to launch America's first multi-utility D2D campaign, successfully delivering both client services at one door.

2008

NEW-BUILD WARFARE

DEVCOM founders launch their client's first new-build investment, defeating AT&T's U-verse overbuild head-to-head to win the market. This success spawns an IPO trajectory for the client.

2011-2020

AMBITION PIVOT

DEVCOM founders leverage their success in Direct Sales to pursue global retail business operations, Tactical Emergency Medicine, and the founding of disruptive tech ventures that would take them around the world. Rare relationships with the U.S. Special Operations veteran community and human-centered scientists are formed.

2020

FULL CIRCLE

DEVCOM founders are headhunted back to where it all started in 2006 to re-partner with their first client.

2020-2023

DISRUPTIVE OFFERING

Self-financing white glove streaming TV installation and customer education, DEVCOM introduces and test-pilots the overdriving market penetration potential of bundling it's client's internet and home phone services with America's #1 streaming TV service. This use case results in the industry's first MSO/YouTube TV bundled offering. 

2024

ELITE OUTCOMES

DEVCOM produces the most successful Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) launch in its client's portfolio history and provides critical streaming TV installation, customer education training, and rescue support to the client-side Technical Operations team.

2025

EXCLUSIVE ACCESS

Due to record-holding KPI performance, DEVCOM is awarded exclusive access to its client's newly built FTTH network activations, nationwide.
